Dzogchen valley

Already at 4000m altitude, the Dzogchen valley is surrounded by impressive peaks, some covered in glaciers and eternal snow. These mountains are littered with emerald lakes and dizzying waterfalls.

The climate is harsh at this height, even in spring. Temperatures may reach 35°C in the sun, then plunge below zero at night. Still, from May to August, natural beauty is in abundance as fields of flowers stretch as far as the eye can see.
